Fitness

It all started in college, taking classes at the gym for things like Pilates and Yoga. Also, aqua aerobics. It’s pretty awesome and totally challenging. After college, in a dead end job, I thought that fitness could be interesting to pursue as a part time job. I obtained my group exercise certification (currently through AFAA), and I am certified specifically in Spinning (Madd Dog), Pilates Mat (NETA) and Pilates Reformer (Balanced Body). I love Zumba but lack rhythm and I hope to explore Kickboxing in the near future.

I currently teach Pilates Reformer at a prominent gym in my area but I really want to expand my practice.
